Online Therapy in California

Therapy doesn't have to cost you the extra hours of navigating traffic, or trying to find time in the evening after work. For many people, online therapy offers the same depth of connection and healing as in-person sessions — with the flexibility to meet you where you are, whether that's your living room in San Francisco, a quiet corner in Santa Cruz, or anywhere else in California.

My online clients tend to be therapy-savvy adults who already know what they're looking for. Many have done inner work before and are ready to go deeper. Others are coming to therapy for the first time and want the ease of connecting from home. If you're navigating trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, or relationship struggles — and you're looking for a thoughtful, somatic, and non-pathologizing approach — we might be a good fit.

I work especially well with highly sensitive people, creatives, artists, high achievers, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+, kink/poly/CNM. All of you is welcome here.

Online sessions take place over Zoom and feel much like in-person therapy. We'll have real conversations, go at your pace, and use somatic, mindfulness-based, and parts-work approaches tailored to what you're working through. EMDR and IFS can be just as effective in online sessions as in person — both translate beautifully to video. Many people find that the comfort and ease of having therapy sessions at home can actually make it possible to do deeper work.

I offer the following approaches via online therapy across California: EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma and PTSD, Internal Family Systems (IFS) for parts work and self-compassion, somatic therapy for nervous system regulation, mindfulness-based approaches for anxiety and overwhelm, and couples therapy for relationship healing and communication.

My fee is $200 per individual session and $225 for couples. I do not take insurance directly, but I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement — many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits that cover a significant portion of the cost. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available; please inquire when you reach out.

Reach out to schedule a free 20-minute consultation. We'll talk about what's going on, I'll answer your questions, and we can see if working together feels like a good fit. I'm currently accepting new clients across California.
